1. Payment Verification Issues (QR Code Scanning)
Are you having trouble verifying if your recent payment went through? You can check your payment status instantly without needing to contact support!When you make a payment, a digital receipt is automatically sent to both your email address and your in-app Memos.
Simply open the receipt on your computer or another screen.
Open your phone’s camera (or any QR scanner app).
Scan the QR Code printed on the receipt.
The code will instantly redirect you to a secure status page showing exactly if and when your payment was successfully processed by our system.
2. In-App Admin Live Chat (Fastest Response)
The quickest way to get personalized support is by chatting directly with our SSA Personal Admin from right inside the mobile app. (Don’t have the app yet? Head over to our Get App page to download it first).
How to access Live Chat: There are two simple ways to start a conversation with us inside the app:
- Method 1 (From Profile): Navigate to your Profile screen on the bottom menu. Tap on Help & Support, and then select Live Assistant from the list to start chatting.
- Method 2 (From Memos): On your main dashboard, look for the Memos icon in the top left corner of your screen. Tap the message icon, and the SSA Personal Admin will be instantly available to chat with you.
3. WhatsApp Support
Do you prefer texting? You can reach our support team directly via WhatsApp. We are happy to help with account issues, subscription questions, or general inquiries.
