Content & Copyright Policy

Legal Information & Notices

All educational resources and materials provided on the Science Scholars Academy (SSA) platform—including but not limited to video lectures, PDF documents, interactive quizzes, text-based lessons, and mathematical formulas—are the exclusive intellectual property of Science Scholars Academy and its content creators.

We invest significant time and expertise into creating premium educational experiences. The following policies outline how our content is protected and the rules governing your use of these materials.

1. Ownership and Copyright

All content available through the SSA app and website is protected by domestic and international copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

  • Exclusive Property: SSA retains all rights, title, and interest in the educational materials. Purchasing a subscription or enrolling in a course grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access the content. It does not transfer ownership of any materials to you.
  • Branding: The Science Scholars Academy name, logos, UI designs, and branding elements are trademarks of SSA. You may not use our branding without prior written consent.

2. Permitted Use

Your access to SSA content is strictly for personal, individual, and non-commercial educational purposes.

  • You may view videos, read PDFs, and interact with formulas and lessons exclusively within the SSA mobile or web applications.
  • You may use the built-in offline download features to save content for personal study, provided the content remains within the secure environment of the SSA app.

3. Prohibited Actions (Content Piracy)

To protect our instructors and the integrity of our academy, unauthorized distribution or reproduction of our content is strictly prohibited. You explicitly agree not to:

  • Copy or Reproduce: Copy, transcribe, photograph, or reproduce video lectures, PDF study guides, or proprietary mathematical formulas/solutions.
  • Distribute or Share: Share your account credentials or any SSA content on public forums, social media, file-hosting websites, peer-to-peer networks, or group chats (e.g., Telegram, WhatsApp, Discord).
  • Create Derivative Works: Alter, modify, translate, or create derivative works based on SSA content to pass off as your own or to distribute elsewhere.
  • Monetize: Sell, rent, lease, or commercially exploit any educational resources obtained from our platform.

4. Mathematical Formulas & Specialized Formatting

Our platform utilizes proprietary rendering (including LaTeX integration) to display complex mathematical formulas and scientific models. These specific arrangements, visual presentations, and step-by-step problem-solving methodologies are considered proprietary educational content and are subject to the exact same copyright protections as our video and PDF materials.

5. Content Protection Measures

SSA actively utilizes advanced technological measures to enforce our copyright policies:

  • Digital Rights Management (DRM): Our videos and PDFs are protected by DRM software that prevents unauthorized downloading, extraction, or copying outside of the app.
  • Screen Capture Prevention: The SSA app is equipped with security protocols that detect and block screen-recording software and screenshot attempts.
  • Watermarking & Tracking: We may employ visible or invisible user-specific watermarks embedded within PDFs and videos to track the source of leaked or pirated materials.

6. Reporting Copyright Infringement

We respect the intellectual property of others and ask our users to do the same. If you believe that any content on the SSA platform has been copied or distributed in a way that constitutes copyright infringement, or if you discover SSA content being illegally hosted on third-party sites, please contact our legal team immediately at support@studywithssa.com

7. Enforcement and Penalties

Science Scholars Academy has a zero-tolerance policy for piracy and intellectual property theft. If we determine that an account has engaged in the unauthorized distribution, extraction, or sharing of our copyrighted material, we will immediately and permanently revoke account access without a refund. Furthermore, SSA reserves the right to pursue full civil damages and criminal prosecution against individuals found guilty of distributing our intellectual property.
